Shipping & Collection
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?
- You can collect your order at our store in Cape Town. Should you wish to do so please select collect in store at checkout.
- Please allow 2-4 working days (from the time we receive payment) for us to get your order ready. We will email you when the order has been completed.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO AND HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
- We currently only deliver within South Africa. Delivery is free on all orders over R1500 and accordingly, if your Order value is less than R1500, the delivery fee will be displayed when you checkout and recorded in your Order confirmation and invoice, which will be emailed to You.
- Delivery Rates start from R92 and are charged based on the weight and dimensions of the products ordered and is calculated prior to checkout.
WILL YOU NOTIFY ME WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
- When your order has been booked with the courier company, we will send you an email containing your tracking information.
- Your Order will only be delivered to a valid address in South Africa, on business days between 08h00 and 16h00 and You, or the person accepting delivery on your behalf, may be requested to produce identification, when accepting the delivery of Your Order.
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
- Delivery time varies and will depend on where you are based. Kindly allow for between 3 – 5 working days for delivery,(from the time we receive your payment).
- We do not guarantee that Your Order will be dispatched or delivered on any particular date and time.
- Please note: If you are based in a rural area or a high risk hijacking area, courier may contact you to meet them at a safe place or may ask you to collect from the depot in your area.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
- Within 24 hours of your Order having been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your shipping details, a tracking number, and a link to track your Order.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
- Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us with your order details at email@example.com
HOW DO I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?
- Should you wish to change your delivery address, please contact us with your order details at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Please note that should your order already be in transit we will not be able to amend the address.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
- Should you wish to return your order, you have 7 days to return the order from the date of purchase for a full refund.
- All returned items must be in the original packaging and must be unused and undamaged. Please contact us with your order details at email@example.com
- Once we have been contacted we will advise you of the steps in having the product returned to us.
