Shipping & Collection
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO AND HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
- We currently only deliver within South Africa. Delivery is free on all orders.
WILL YOU NOTIFY ME WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
- When your order has been booked with the courier company, we will send you an email containing your tracking information.
- Your Order will only be delivered to a valid address in South Africa, on business days between 08h00 and 16h00 and You, or the person accepting delivery on your behalf, may be requested to produce identification, when accepting the delivery of Your Order.
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
- Delivery time varies and will depend on where you are based. Kindly allow for between 4 – 7 working days for delivery,(from the time we receive your payment).
- We do not guarantee that Your Order will be dispatched or delivered on any particular date and time.
- Please note: If you are based in a rural area or a high risk hijacking area, courier may contact you to meet them at a safe place or may ask you to collect from the depot in your area.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
- Within 24 hours of your Order having been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your shipping details, a tracking number, and a link to track your Order.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

HOW DO I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?
- Should you wish to change your delivery address, please contact us with your order details at info@mkbedlinen.co.za
- Please note that should your order already be in transit we will not be able to amend the address.
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?
- You can collect your order at our store in Oakdale, Bellville Cape Town. (Shop 7, Prospect Place, 132 Durban Rd, Oakdale, Bellville, Cape Town).
- We will notify you as to when to collect your order.
- Please allow up to 2-4 working days (from the time we receive payment) for us to get your order ready. We will email you when the order has been completed.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
- Should you wish to return your order, you have 7 days to return the order from the date of purchase for a full refund.
- All returned items must be in the original packaging and must be unused and undamaged. Please contact us with your order details at info@mkbedlinen.co.za
- Once we have been contacted we will advise you of the steps in having the product returned to us.
