ORDERS

  • Yes, you can. Just select the collect in-store option at checkout.
  • Please allow 2-4 working days (from the time we receive payment) for us to get your order ready. We will email you when the order has been completed.

  • You can collect your order at our store  in Cape Town. Should you wish to do so please select collect in store at checkout.

  • When your order has been booked with the courier company, we will send you an email containing your tracking information. 
  • Your Order will only be delivered to a valid address in South Africa, on business days between 08h00 and 16h00 and You, or the person accepting delivery on your behalf, may be requested to produce identification, when accepting the delivery of Your Order.

  • Delivery time varies and will depend on where you are based. Kindly allow for between 3-5 working days for delivery,(from the time we receive your payment).
  • We do not guarantee that Your Order will be dispatched or delivered on any particular date and time. 
  • Please note: If you are based in a rural area or a high risk hijacking area, courier may contact you to meet them at a safe place or may ask you to collect from the depot in your area.

  • Within 24 hours of your Order having been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your shipping details, a tracking number, and a link to track your Order.

  • Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us with your order details at info@mkbedlinen.co.za

  • Should you wish to change your delivery address, please contact us with your order details at info@mkbedlinen.co.za
  • Please note that should your order already be in transit we will not be able to amend the address.

Yes, you may return an item to us within 7 days of delivery for a credit or refund as long as the item meets the following criteria:

  • The item is unused
  • The items packaging is not damaged
  • The item still has its original tags, instruction manuals, etc

Please note, as an online store unless an item is the wrong size, damaged or not as described on our website you will be expected to ship the item back to us at your expense.

 

  • Our prices are already discounted to accommodate traders so we, unfortunately, cannot reduce prices any further. We do however run traders' specials on certain items from time to time. We also have sales/ promos throughout the year.

  • If your item isn't of satisfactory quality please send photographic evidence of the fault by email:info@mkbedlinen.co.za and we will gladly reimburse you and provide you with either a full refund or a replacement.

  • We're sorry to hear that. Please get in touch with us by email:info@mkbedlinen.co.za and we will gladly send it out to you - free of charge.

  • Upon your item being received by our returns department, your refund will be initiated within 3-5 working days.
  • It may take a further 1-3 days for the payment to arrive back on to the original payment method.

SHIPPING

  • No unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this point, but are working hard to bring this service to you soon.

  • Not necessarily, a single order may be shipped as multiple packages to ensure that your product(s) arrive safely and securely.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • You may return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
  • If you decide to return your item then we'll refund the purchase price, less the delivery fee and the courier cost to collect and return your order.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition and in its original packing so that we can endeavour to re-sell it.

To be eligible for a return/refund:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all show cards still in place.
  • Item must not be washed.

Product Can Only Be Refunded If:

  • Product is Damaged- during transit
  • Product is Defective - during manufacturing process
  • Product is Not as described on the website

  • You should expect to receive your refund as soon as we receive the returned item.
  • This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
